Different Card, Different Day 12-12-17 December 12 2017, 0 Comments

Happy Holidays wishes with a golden outlined Christmas tree, snowflakes and a candy cane wrapped in holly leaves and berries. This very festive card was a blast to make. There is a lot to look at on it with many wonderful details.

The front cover is shorter than the back, making this cool looking overhang, where a golden squiggly line can peek out from under. And when fully opened "Magical Season" in red pops up off the page from using foam adhesive dots.

Different Card, Different Day 12-10-17 December 10 2017, 0 Comments

A merry and bright card with festive decorations. A gift package, star, ornaments and candy cane are designed with alternating green and white papers. They sit on top of a bright red background with many seasonal phrases.

The metallic golden designs shine and the white ones are handpainted to add some color and are popped up using foam adhesive dots.

On the inside you'll find "It's the most wonderful time of the year" with a couple more decorations. This time a holly leaf and berry cluster with a golden ornament hanging from it's black chain.

That black chain is a Krazy Kreations vinyl outline sticker. They have a whole collection of styles and depending on what I am using them for, depends on what style I grab. Of course the chain look went perfectly with both the ornaments.

I also try to use the same papers on the inside and the outside of the card so they match. And because of all that paper layering, this card becomes heavier and thicker.
