Different Card, Different Day 2/5/18 February 05 2018, 0 Comments

"You make my heart happy".  I thought this was a wonderful way to wish my cousin a Happy Valentine's Day.

That's one talented elephant! Not only is he holding that pink heart up high in his trunk, he's riding a bike.

Sometimes putting things together that you normally wouldn't, creates something fun like this card.

Different Card, Different Day 01/20/18 January 20 2018, 0 Comments

This clearly is a card made for sending love. And I know I said I wouldn't start blogging about Valentine's cards so early but it is kinda just around the corner. Love is in the air!!!

These two elephants are trunks up facing each other with "hugs & kisses". How sweet. The "love" sentiment is popped up with a foam adhesive dot. You can tell by the shadow it's casting in the picture above.

Different Card, Different Day #51 June 20 2017, 0 Comments

This little blue elephant isn't shy about saying "hello". It looks like he's sprayed blue water all over this happy card and a bright green heart is popping through showing the love.

Different Card, Different Day #15 May 15 2017, 0 Comments

This grey water-colored elephant is celebrating under his green umbrella with a shower of pink hearts. Makes a perfect shower gift card for a soon-to-be mom of a baby boy, thanks to the light blue paper. Did you happen to notice the rosey red cheeks and pink toes?

Different Card, Different Day #13 May 13 2017, 0 Comments

A very cute Happy Birthday card is featured in today's daily "Different Card, Different Day" blog. Three blue elephants are spouting up water and celebrating in their zig-zagged panel. The background is made from golden metallic embossed paper. If you look closely you'll see the music notes. This card has a couple different shaped dies from Maker's Mart (the card making club that I'm a member of).

There are many details that make this card a special one. Once I have a die shape, like the elephant, or frame...or scalloped circles, I can continue to make various cards with unlimited possibilities. As I show more cards in this blog series, I hope that you start to see the similarities AND differences in my use of art supplies and techniques.

If you want to find out more details on how this card was made, using which supplies or how I possibly could design a card for you, please contact me.  Leave me a comment too and let me know what you think about day #13's card.

Thanks for reading my blog. Enjoy your day.
